Refund and Return Policy

We strive to meet or exceed your expectations in quality merchandise; however, we also realize that sometimes issues can appear that require attention.

Refund and returns policy is 30 days from date of purchase. Refunds, upon approval, will be processed within 7-10 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase may be required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If an item (s) are sent back to the manufacturer we will not honor a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

If your product is received as defective or damaged, we will replace it 100% guaranteed.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be included in the refund.
